Silvia Castro Bennett

Silvia Castro Bennett is an esteemed leader in Utah's business and economic development landscape, bringing over two decades of executive experience across nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Currently serving as the President & CEO of the Suazo Business Center, Silvia has successfully expanded the organization statewide and significantly increased access to capital and business advising services. Silvia holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Utah and a BA in Business from Westminster College. Additionally, Silvia contributes as a board member for various influential organizations, including the Federal Reserve’s Community Advisory Council and KeyBank’s Advisory Board, while being recognized for leadership excellence with awards such as Utah Business’s “Women of the Year” in 2022.
