Stephen Kozy

Stephen Kozy is a seasoned software engineer with a focus on HR technology, currently serving at KeyBank since December 2015. In this role, Stephen acts as the technical lead on numerous HR technology projects, collaborates closely with HR lines of business, and develops and maintains the organization's Workday platform. Prior to this, Stephen held various engineering roles focused on end user experience delivery, where responsibilities included integrating end user devices and managing virtual machine environments. Stephen's earlier career includes key analyst positions at The J.M. Smucker Company and service roles at Kent State University and Tallmadge City Schools. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University.
