Susannah Kushner

Susannah Kushner has a diverse professional background encompassing roles in both the performing arts and business continuity. Beginning as a Telecounselor Supervisor at Niagara University, Susannah trained and supervised a team while marketing the institution to prospective students. From 2014 to 2016, Susannah served as a Hip Hop Instructor at Free Soul Dance before co-founding Musicality Central, where responsibilities include directing and teaching innovative hip hop routines for adults, managing business operations, and facilitating client relationships. In the corporate sector, Susannah worked as a Disaster Recovery Analyst and later as an Information Security Specialist at First Niagara Bank, focusing on disaster recovery strategies and information security governance. Currently, Susannah is a Business Continuity Consultant II at KeyBank, where duties involve updating disaster recovery plans and managing business resiliency tools. Susannah holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both from Niagara University.
