Tiara Garner is an accomplished product designer with extensive experience in user research and customer experience improvement. Currently serving as a Product Designer at KeyBank since May 2022, Tiara previously contributed to T-Mobile as a User Research specialist focused on enhancing customer retention and experience, and also participated in a successful Digital Hackathon as a UX Designer. In previous roles at Oasis Lounge, Tiara significantly increased customer visits through user-centered design processes, and at Aramark, lead initiatives in consumer insights and internship program management.
