Timothy Starr is a seasoned operations analyst with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at KeyBank since March 2021, Timothy has developed and implemented a Quality Monitoring and Improvement Program while also creating and revising departmental procedures. Prior to this role, Timothy held various leadership positions at Bank of America and FIS, where responsibilities included managing teams, training clients on regulatory compliance, and overseeing large-scale chargeback operations. Timothy's career began at Metavante, where a progression of roles led to significant improvements in operational efficiency and productivity.
