Tom Floyd

Tom Floyd is a Senior Vice President at KeyBank, where they have been since 2024, and previously served as Vice President at KeyBank Real Estate Capital from 2013 to 2024, leading a special servicing asset management group. Prior to that, they were Vice President at Berkadia from 2005 to 2013, focusing on the resolution of non-performing mortgage loans. Tom began their career as a Senior Asset Manager at ORIX USA Corporation from 2003 to 2005. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Oklahoma City University.
