Will Wahler

Will Wahler is currently the Vice President and Asset Management Team Lead at KeyBank, where they focus on serving low and moderate income clients and neighborhoods. They previously held the position of Director of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management at Homeport from 2014 to 2022 and served as a Project Manager in Asset Management at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, Will was a Financial Analyst at the National Affordable Housing Trust from 2003 to 2010. Additionally, they have been a Chief Warrant Officer 4 in the Ohio National Guard since 2000. Will is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at Franklin University, along with another Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
