Tlaloc Barajas

Tlaloc Barajas is a skilled professional with extensive experience in both engineering and education. Currently serving as a Senior Integration Support Engineer at Keyence Corporation since June 2021, Tlaloc has progressed through roles from Integration Support Engineer I to II, representing the Printing and Coding Technology Group. Prior to this, Tlaloc worked as a STEM Ambassador at CalTeach, tutoring underrepresented students in math and physics, and fulfilled a teaching apprenticeship as a Middle School Teacher at Aspire Richmond California College Preparatory Academy. Tlaloc's background also includes a CalTeach Research Internship at the University of California, Berkeley, where instruction focused on data science and social justice, and varied teaching roles as a substitute teacher in multiple school districts. Tlaloc holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Merced, and a Natural Science Education Minor with Teaching Credential from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by study abroad experience at Tohoku University in Japan researching autonomous vehicles.
