Andrew Sielecki

Andrew Sielecki is an accomplished supply chain management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior SCM Category Specialist at Keyera since August 2023, Andrew has also been the President of Synermax Incorporated since 2018, focusing on transforming organizations through strategic supply chain assessments and implementations. Previous positions include Supply Chain roles at TAQA Group, where responsibilities encompassed full life-cycle contract management, and VP of Supply Chain & IT at Nomodic, where Andrew led the development of supply chain strategies. Andrew's experience also includes a Director role at Progress Energy Canada Ltd., overseeing significant sourcing and materials management in support of a substantial corporate budget, as well as leadership in sourcing at Encana Corporation. Andrew began a career in supply chain management with early roles at SCOPE Consulting, Bolder Graphics, and Ideaca Ltd. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Operations Management from the University of Calgary.
