Michel Allard

Michel Allard currently serves as Area Manager at Keyera, having joined the company in September 2021. Prior to this role, Michel spent nearly 15 years at Shell, where responsibilities included Maintenance and ROC Supervisor, Support Supervisor, Process Improvement Lead, and Field Operations Supervisor across various operations. Experience encompasses managing teams, overseeing production fields, and implementing operational reliability improvements. Earlier work included positions at Blackrock as a Plant Operator and Field Operator, as well as equipment operation in diverse environments for Allard Farms, Allard Logging, and DMI Pump Mill. Michel holds a 4th Class Power Engineer designation from NAIT and a High School Diploma from Ecole Heritage.
