Erin Woodard

Erin Woodard is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various senior human resources roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP of Global People Experience at Keyfactor since August 2022, Erin oversees HR operations encompassing recruiting, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previously held positions include Vice President of Human Resources at FPT/Intellinet, VP of Talent and Culture at Experience LLC, Director of Human Resources and Communications at Mölnlycke, and strategic HR roles at Fiserv, Cbeyond, Allconnect, Culpepper & Associates, EY, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Erin holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Georgia State University and a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
