Tori Oellers

Tori Oellers is currently the Vice President of Product Operations at Keyfactor, having joined the company in February 2024. Previously, Tori served as an Operations and Strategy Consultant at NEAS from November 2020 to February 2024, where contributions included guiding executive leadership and setting growth and profitability targets. Tori held multiple roles at Alyce, including SVP of Product and Operations, VP of People/Chief of Staff, and Head of Operations, playing a significant role during the company’s acquisition by Sendoso. Tori's experience also includes serving as District Manager at b.good Restaurants and Director of Operations at wagamama, where responsibilities encompassed operational oversight, team development, and financial analysis. Earlier career experience includes General Manager at Starbucks and Product Manager at Wayfair. Tori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Northeastern University, completed in 2009.
