KEYFORT was set up in 2006 initially in the North East, providing brain injury and neurological services under the name Neuro Partners Ltd. The Company now operates across the North East, North West and Yorkshire – with a wide portfolio of services on offer to meet the needs of the individual. KEYFORT are experts in putting together support packages which are tailored to meet the needs of the individual service user, whether these are in the community, in supported living, within an education, setting or employment based. KEYFORT employ over 400 staff members including professionals in the following fields: Neuro psychology, occupational psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, rehabilitation, care, education, employment, and many more. KEYFORT have a wealth of experience in putting together support packages for individuals with the most complex of needs, or those just needing occasional support. These include individuals living at home with a ventilator, rehabilitation support, community access, mentoring, note taking, study skills tuition and those requiring independent living skills. KEYFORT can also provide accredited training including First Aid, Note Taking, Autism awareness. Our staff are selected on the basis that they want to make a positive difference to those we work with and have the right personalities to meet the needs of the individual Service User.
