Koen van Kooperen

Koen van Kooperen has extensive work experience in finance and administration roles. Koen is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Keylane, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to joining Keylane, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Zetacom from September 2020 to April 2023. Before that, they were the CFO at CCS bv from August 2014 to August 2020. Koen also worked as a Finance Director at Total Specific Solutions (TSS) B.V from September 2010 to August 2014. Koen has held various finance director roles at Exact Holding N.V., including Finance Director from August 2008 to September 2010, Finance Director a.i. at Exact Software Nederland from December 2008 to March 2009, Finance Director from May 2005 to August 2008, Regional Finance & Administration Manager for Exact International from April 2004 to May 2005, Regional Finance & Administration Manager for the North American region from December 2002 to April 2004, and Regional Finance & Administration Manager for the APAC region from September 2000 to December 2002. Koen started their career as a Financial Controller for Informatica y Gestion S. A. in Bogata, Colombia, a part of Exact Software, from November 1999 to August 2000.

Koen van Kooperen completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics at The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1988 to 1992. Koen then pursued a Drs Master's degree in Business Economics at Tilburg University, which they completed from 1992 to 1995.
