Joseph Hayes

Joseph Hayes is an experienced professional in the engineering and operations field, currently serving as Operator IV at KeyLeaf since March 2016. In this role, Joseph focuses on setting up unique processes, ensuring equipment cleanliness and functionality, and troubleshooting issues while collaborating with project leaders to meet client expectations. Prior to this, Joseph held the position of Wireline Field Supervisor at Weatherford from May 2012 to February 2015, where responsibilities included managing crew activities, leading meetings, and conducting data acquisition. Joseph's earlier experience includes a Project Engineering Intern role at Husky Energy, involving the Management of Change process and project scheduling. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, earned between 2007 and 2012.
