He has supported some of the world’s largest companies and SMBs to deliver a customer centric culture, his insights enabling him to drive delivery excellence and service improvement initiatives across the customer spectrum. Having managed international support operations, Dean is experienced in the complexities driven out of multi-language / multi geography structures whist enhancing delivery efficiency.
