Paweł Cieślak

Paweł Cieślak is an experienced professional with a robust background in Agile methodologies and training facilitation. Currently serving as a Release Train Engineer at Keyloop, Paweł ensures effective collaboration among development teams and promotes Agile practices. Previous roles include Scrum Master for various teams, Central Trainer at LPP S.A., and Co-founder of Pairbuilding sp. z o.o., where innovative services were developed. With a long history in training management and coordination through multiple organizations, including DEKRA and Fundacja Szkoła Liderów, Paweł has delivered extensive workshops on soft skills and leadership.
