Brandon Whitfield has worked for three companies over the past decade. In 2022, they began working as a Technical Support Coordinator for KeyMe Locksmiths. From 2019 to 2022, they worked for Support.com, first as a Solutions Center Supervisor, then as a Personal Technology Expert. From 2011 to 2019, they worked for Support.com, first as a Supervisor Intern, then as a Solutions Center Supervisor, and finally as a Solutions Engineer. In each role, they provided technical support, leadership, and direction to team members, conducted team meetings, and provided training and mentoring to new employees. Brandon also provided troubleshooting services for various platforms, supported small networks, and optimized Internet connectivity.

Brandon Whitfield attended Daytona State College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Robotics Technology/Technician. Brandon then attended New Smyrna Beach High School from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a High School Diploma (Accelerated College Credit).
