Herman White, Jr. has an extensive work experience in the banking and venture capital industries. Herman started their career as an International Banking Officer at Mercantile Bank before moving on to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as a Vice President. At Silicon Valley Bank, they served as the Senior Vice President and Team Leader for the Communications and Online Services Practice. After this, White co-founded and managed CrossBridge Venture Partners, a venture capital fund in Silicon Valley and Tokyo. Herman then joined Technology Credit Union as the Senior Vice President & Division Manager and later worked at SF Fire Credit Union as the Vice President & Division Manager, Business Services. Herman also held positions at Securieon Group and The Revenue Group as an Affiliate Principal & Adviser and Adviser respectively. Currently, White is employed at KeyPoint Credit Union as the Vice President and Manager of Commercial & Business Banking. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, capitalization, venture capital, corporate development, and commercial credit management.

In 1979, they enrolled at the University of Utah and spent five years there, graduating in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Seeking further knowledge and expertise, they then attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1985 to 1986. During this time, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Banking & Finance.
