Josh Herzog, PMP has extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in credit unions. From 1994 to 2016, they worked at Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union as the Vice President of Member Services, where they were responsible for increasing sales and service levels, managing credit card and debit portfolios, and overseeing the call center, branch network, and back office support.
In 2016, they joined KeyPoint Credit Union and held various roles. Josh started as a Senior IT Project Manager, where they built a PMO, managed project life cycles, and trained the organization on project management concepts. Josh then became the Director of Consumer Lending, overseeing digital, underwriting, and indirect lending for various loan products.
In 2020, Josh became the Vice President of Digital Experience at KeyPoint Credit Union, where they led the organization's efforts to become a best-in-class digital experience organization. Josh managed the BI team, developed digital strategies, and addressed member concerns for improvement.
Josh then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Operations and Member Experience, focusing on operational efficiency and enhancing member experiences. Currently, as the Vice President of Operations Experience and Payments, Josh continues to drive operational excellence and optimize payment processes at KeyPoint Credit Union.
Josh Herzog, PMP completed their education in Business Operations and Project Management with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Josh attended the university from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration and Management, General and obtained an AA degree from San Jose City College, where they attended from 1994 to 1998.
Additionally, Josh Herzog holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in July 2016.
