Ilya Reutsky has several years of work experience in the field service and support industry. Ilya started their career at ServiceNet LV in 2003, where they worked as a Helpdesk/Service Engineer and RMA Administrator. Ilya then joined Xerox in 2005 as a Field Service Engineer before moving to Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd in 2007, where they worked as an FSE/Networking/Software support specialist. In 2011, they joined Danwood as a Field Service Engineer. Finally, in 2013, they joined Keypoint Intelligence as a European Solutions Analyst.
Ilya Reutsky completed their education at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University). From 1997 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Computer Control. Following this, from 2001 to 2005, they obtained an Engineer's degree with a focus on Automation & Computer Engineering.
