Rachel Dean

Rachel Dean has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rachel is currently working as a Technical Editor for Office Hardware at Keypoint Intelligence since December 2021. Prior to this, they took a break from work to care for their family from April 2020 to November 2021.

Before their career break, Rachel worked at Sharp Europe for six years as a Product Business Manager, where they successfully project managed the launch of Sharp A3 office multifunction printers across Europe, resulting in successful country launches and increased sales.

Prior to Sharp Europe, Rachel worked at KYOCERA Document Solutions UK Ltd for a significant period. Rachel'sroles there included Product Marketing Manager, where they managed and developed product strategies for MFP and printer product ranges, along with conducting sales analysis and providing recommendations. Rachel also served as a Product Specialist, contributing to the company's marketing and training efforts, and as a Marketing Communications Executive, responsible for producing sales materials and tools in-house, resulting in cost savings.

Rachel's earliest work experience was as a Marketing Research Analyst at KYOCERA Document Solutions UK Ltd.

Rachel Dean obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University, which they completed from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including B2B Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) in November 2018, General Data Protection Regulation certificate from Engage in Learning in May 2018, Developing Compelling Customer Value Propositions from the Chartered Institute of Marketing-Kenya in March 2017, and First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in April 2012.
