Kasia Kowalska

Kasia Kowalska has had an impressive career journey. Kasia began their professional experience in 2010 as an Intern in City Council for the Urząd Miasta i Gminy Jarocin. In this role, they were responsible for administrative tasks, coordinating the "Plaża miejska - Free. Wolne Lato w Jarocinie" program, providing press information, and editing text for the bi-weekly JaPI. In 2011, Kasia was an Au Pair for Program Au Pair Switzerland where they provided care for two young boys and gained fluency in German. In 2012, Kasia began their role as Local Committee President and Local Committee Vice President for AIESEC. In this role, they were responsible for managing projects, external relations, product creation, education and trainings, recruitment, and crisis management. In 2015, Kasia was an HR Trainee and HR Project Assistant CEE for GSK Poland. In this role, they were responsible for creating and cataloging reports, supporting technical and communication processes, providing administrative support, and supporting employer branding activities. In 2016, Kasia took a break from work to travel across South-East Asia and Nepal and India for 5 months. Kasia then returned to work as AIESEC International Congress 2016 Study Tours Team Leader. In 2017, Kasia was a Strategic Campus Attraction Intern for Amazon EU Operations Talent Aquisition Team. In 2018, Kasia worked as an Executive Recruiter and HR & Recruitment Specialist for bitFlyer Group. In 2020, Kasia was an HR and Recruitment Support for diverse clients. Finally, in 2021, Kasia is the Head of HR for Keyrock, a technology first, service-oriented digital assets market-maker.

Kasia Kowalska completed a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu between 2011 and 2016. In 2011, they also obtained a Pilot wycieczek po egzaminie państwowym from Szkoła Pilotów Wycieczek Atut Sp. z o.o. In 2017, they began studying Psychoterapia integratywna (eriksonowsko-systemowa) at Wielkopolska Szkoła Psychoterapii and is currently enrolled.
