Guilherme Rosi

Guilherme Rosi has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Guilherme started their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where they worked on financial accounting audits. Guilherme then moved on to Copap Inc., where they served as a Financial Analyst, providing financial support for new business launches and managing logistics.

Guilherme later joined Revepaper as a Financial Manager, tasked with designing and getting approval for a plan for Recuperação Judicial. After that, they worked at Global Forest Partners LP as a Finance Manager, providing support for timber investments in Brazil and coordinating the divestment of the company's largest asset.

Guilherme then joined The Mentholatum Company as a Finance Administration Manager, responsible for managing the startup Brazilian subsidiary and overseeing financial planning, accounting, and reporting. Guilherme also worked as a Financial Business Controller at JGP Consultoria e Gestão Ambiental, overseeing financial management and providing support for short and long-term financial planning and strategy.

Prior to their current role, Guilherme served as the Head of Finance / Country Controller at CGI, where they were responsible for winding up the South American operations. Their role included reporting to the EVP Finance Western and Southern Europe and managing financial planning and analysis.

Currently, Guilherme holds the position of CFO Americas at Keyrus, where they oversee financial operations in the Americas region.

Guilherme Rosi has a diverse education history. Guilherme received their Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná in 2004 and their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidade Positivo in 2001. Guilherme also pursued post-graduate studies in International Law and International Business at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2001 to 2002.

In addition to their undergraduate education, Guilherme completed two Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. Guilherme earned an MBA degree from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2017 and another MBA degree from Alliance Manchester Business School in 2017, with a specialization in Finance.

Guilherme has also acquired several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications in Exponential Business Administration, Innovation Leadership Program, Business Technow, Gestão Inovadora para RH's, Imersão em Gestão de Pessoas e Liderança, Digital Transformation, Business Analytics, Python Pro, CRC, Behavioral Finance, Diagnosticando Competencias de Innovación, Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies, Successful Negotiation, OAB (Brazilian Bar Association), SERIES 3, and SERIES 34.
