Ola Plouffe

Ola Plouffe has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They have recently worked as a Vice President of Operations at Keyrus since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Munich Re, where they held several positions including Director, Digital Operations, Innovation, Senior Operations Lead, Innovation, and Operations Manager, Innovation. While at Munich Re, Ola played a crucial role in developing a digital solution for the life insurance industry in Canada and led teams responsible for compliance, data analysis, and testing.

Before joining Munich Re, Ola worked as a Sales Operations Coordinator at Bell Media, managing outdoor advertisement campaigns and delivering exceptional client experiences. Prior to that, they served as a Distribution Operations Coordinator at Warner Bros. Discovery, overseeing operations in Central Europe. Ola also has experience as a Financial Analyst and Project Coordinator at Accenture, where they led the outsourcing of financial and accounting functions for Swedish subsidiaries. Additionally, Ola worked as a Project Documentation Controller at ILF Consulting Engineers and as an Administration Manager at INVESTIN.

Ola Plouffe earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science with a major in Foreign Services from the University of Wrocław in 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Relations with a major in Security and Strategy at the University of Warsaw from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their academic achievements, Ola has obtained various certifications in areas such as Lean Six Sigma, statistics, and regulatory compliance.
