Cezara is the Senior Research Consultant at Key Search. She started her career in executive search in 2010, having helped attract talent for major multinational companies across various industries, with a focus on Technology. Over the last years, Cezara supported the recruitment of top and middle management positions for various clients in the DACH region. She has completed over 80 plus mandates across the world and has become a passionate recruiter and trusted partner for the consultants and candidates in the process of recruitment.

Cezara holds a Bachelor degree in Foreign Languages & Literature and a Master degree in Anglophone studies.
