Joseph Fergus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Joseph began their career in 2016 at Custom Business Solutions as a Support Analyst, where they worked until 2020. In 2021, they joined KeyShot as an Inside Sales Representative and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager in 2022. Joseph then became a Conversion Specialist before eventually being promoted to Customer Success Operations Manager in 2023.
Joseph Fergus attended The Art Institutes from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Game Art and Design.
