Alexandros Papados

Alexandros Papados is a Machine Learning R&D Manager at Keysight Technologies since October 2024, with extensive experience in scientific computing, deep learning, and applied mathematics. Previously, Alexandros held the position of Lead Software Engineer focused on Deep Learning and HPC at Cadence Design Systems from January 2022 to October 2024 and served as a Computational & Machine Learning Scientist at Cusatis Computational Services Inc., where contributions included simulating detonations using physics-based deep learning techniques and developing machine learning code with Python libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. Additional experience includes a role as a Computational Engineer at ES3, conducting simulations related to gas and fluid flow, and as a researcher at the University of Maryland, where work spanned computational cell biology and applied mathematics. Alexandros holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics, and Scientific Computing as well as a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland.
