Emilio Mencia

Emilio Mencia currently serves as the Head of Software Sales for Southern, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East at Keysight Technologies, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Emilio held multiple leadership positions at ESI Group from June 2007 to July 2025, including Global Director of Sales for Auto Tier 1 and Managing Director for Southern Europe. Emilio also acted as COO for the International Business Unit in both Southern Europe and South America, focusing on organizational transitions and business expansion. Earlier experience includes serving as Country Manager for Spain at MSC Software and Project Manager at DE BEER. Emilio holds a degree in Naval Architecture and Ship Engines from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as a degree in Mechanical and Marine Engineering from E.T.S.I.Navales.
