Emmy Jonsson is currently the Lead Program Manager for Global Customer Success at Keysight Technologies, where they leverage extensive international program management experience with a human-centered approach. Previously, Emmy held roles at various organizations, including Senior Programme Manager at IDG and Project Manager at Merkle, where they drove complex projects across multiple sectors. They also served as a Course Instructor at LPC Training, empowering individuals with essential project management skills. Emmy earned a Bachelor's degree and an Associate's degree from Umeå University, along with an Undergraduate Coaching Certificate from the University of Cambridge.
