Evan Lobisser

Evan Lobisser is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Since August 2014, Evan has served as an Engineering Manager at Keysight Technologies, leading a team of 10 engineers in Integration and Reliability groups to optimize wafer and chip yields in compound semiconductor processes. Prior roles include R&D Engineer at both Keysight Technologies and Agilent Technologies, where Evan developed innovative processes for III-V and bipolar transistors, significantly enhancing device performance. Evan's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, where research focused on high-bandwidth transistor design, and an undergraduate degree from Oregon State University. Additional early experience includes roles as a Graduate Student Researcher and an Undergraduate Research Assistant, alongside an internship at Hewlett-Packard in the Quantum Measurements Lab, focusing on nanoscale semiconductor device characterization.
