James Gahan

James Gahan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and technical consulting. Currently serving as Director of Global Solution Engineering & Technical Customer Success at Keysight Technologies since January 2021, James previously held roles as Director of Global Technical Consulting and Director of Americas Solution Engineering & Technical Consulting at Eggplant, which was acquired by Keysight Technologies in 2020. Earlier career experiences include roles at Userneeds and HP, where responsibilities included managing technical support and sales engineering. James holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Languages from Technological University Dublin, an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and German from FH Aachen, and additional training in project management from the Project Management Institute.
