John Billings

John Billings serves as the Global Vice President and General Manager of Software and Services at Keysight Technologies since March 2017, following a successful tenure at Siemens, where roles included Vice President and General Manager for various segments, focusing on strategy, operations, P&L, and sales and marketing within the automotive and aerospace sectors. Prior to Siemens, John Billings held leadership positions at Entegreat, Inc. as President and CEO, and served on the Board of Directors, along with experiences at Plex Systems, IBM, and Rockwell Automation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and the University of Detroit Mercy.
