Michael Kerausch

Michael Kerausch currently serves as the Head of Product for the ESI Business Unit at Keysight Technologies, where responsibilities include leading a global product team and managing the Virtual Prototyping simulation portfolio following a 2023 acquisition. Previously, at ESI Group, Kerausch held several leadership roles, including Head of Product, overseeing various product lines, and leading the Human Centric Business Line focused on virtual reality. Earlier career experience includes positions at AutoForm Group, where Kerausch developed go-to-market strategies for virtual process engineering and worked closely with OEMs, and starting as a Research Engineer at the Institute of Manufacturing Technology. Kerausch holds a PhD in Maschinenbau from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
