Nadine Allen

Nadine Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Learning and Development at Keysight Technologies since August 2014, Nadine focuses on developing leaders at all levels and has previously contributed to manager development in a high-performance culture. Additionally, Nadine has been a Volunteer Instructor for Rotary District 5240’s leadership programs and has a background in consulting for personal development. Past roles include producing the California Jazz and Wine Fest and directing collaborative learning initiatives at Agilent Technologies. Nadine’s career began at Optical Associates, Inc., and included positions at Hewlett Packard. Nadine holds a BA in Management from Saint Mary's College of California and attended San José State University.
