Romel Chakma

Romel Chakma is a seasoned professional in UX design, currently serving as the Product Lead Designer for UX at Keysight Technologies since May 2025, following the merger with ESI Group where Romel was the UX-UI Lead. In this role, Romel focuses on product validation and improvement in collaboration with the Product Manager and QA team. Prior experience includes leading UX-UI initiatives at ESI Group, where Romel developed user-centric products for automotive assembly. Previous consultancy at Wipro Limited involved direct client interactions and design concept creation, and strategic design management experience at Samsung Electronics was gained through an internship. Romel began a career in visual merchandising at Lilliput Kidswear Ltd., after earning a Master's degree in Strategic Design Management from the National Institute of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Production from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi.
