Shanyu Wang

Shanyu Wang is a Process Engineer at Keysight Technologies since January 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Mattson Technology from May 2018 to January 2023, where roles included Senior Member of Technical Staff, Member of Technical Staff, and Staff Process Engineer, focusing on plasma dry etch and surface treatment for 3D NAND, DRAM, and sub-10nm technology. Shanyu Wang was a Research Scientist at the University of Washington from May 2012 to May 2018, working on high-performance thermoelectric semiconductors and solid electrolytes for Li-ion batteries. Earlier research as a Research Assistant at Wuhan University of Technology involved studies on thermoelectric semiconductors and nanocomposites, along with electron and phonon transport mechanisms. Shanyu Wang holds a Ph.D. in New Energy Materials and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Chemistry from Wuhan University of Technology, as well as postdoctoral research experience in Materials Science from the University of Washington.
