Wladimir Navarro

Wladimir Navarro is an experienced Test Development Engineer at Keysight Technologies since October 2017, specializing in the design of test benches and hardware for electronic controllers. Previously held roles include Production Electronics Engineer at Lightning Systems, where responsibility included production and testing of electronic controllers for hybrid systems, and Controls Engineer at Lightning Hybrids, where Wladimir designed schematics and PCB layouts for advanced measurement systems. With a strong foundation in application engineering, Wladimir offers expertise in technical support and automation scripting at both Keysight Technologies and Agilent Technologies, along with a diverse background in music and IT engineering from past positions, including Music Director and IT Engineering at Mountain View Community Church. Wladimir holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Digital Signal Processing from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
