Thomas Guess is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles. Since May 2013, Thomas has served as the Lead Technical Support Specialist at Keyston Bros. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Systems Engineer at OmniVue and held various positions including Tier II Support at Century Solutions Group, Technical Consultant at The RetroTechs, Systems Specialist - Software at IKON Office Solutions, and Network Support Specialist and Graphic Designer at Haas Publishing Companies, Inc. Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Auburn University, completing the degree in 1996.
