Brea Baxter

Brea Baxter is a Technology Integration Specialist at Keystone Area Education Agency since August 2016, having previously served as a Mentor Teacher and 6-8 Special Education Teacher at Eastern Allamakee Community from 2010 to May 2016. Brea Baxter holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Education from Morningside College (2010-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education from the University of Northern Iowa (2006-2010). Additionally, Brea Baxter attended the Iowa Principal Leadership Academy from 2021 to 2023.
