Dr. Gregory McGough

School Improvement Facilitator at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13

Dr. Gregory McGough is an experienced education professional currently serving as a School Improvement Facilitator at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 since September 2021. Prior roles include Director of Curriculum, Federal Programs Coordinator, PIMS Administrator, and Interim Superintendent at Columbia Borough School District from April 2016 to September 2021. Dr. McGough has also worked as a Senior Fellow and Educational Consultant at the International Center for Leadership in Education, offering leadership seminars and professional development in technology integration and student engagement. Additional experience includes social media strategizing for the Career Readiness Institute and the Model Schools Conference, as well as serving as an educator in secondary English Language Arts at Penn Manor School District for almost two decades. Dr. McGough holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State University.
