Tiffany Kuhens has extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations since 1991. Currently serving as a Billing and Fulfillment Specialist at GrandPad since April 2018, Tiffany has also held roles such as Level 2 Agent and Daily Connect Specialist, contributing to the mission of connecting older seniors with family and friends through technology. Since August 1992, Tiffany has been involved with Keystone Area Education Agency as a Special Education OA, focusing on providing quality educational opportunities in Northeast Iowa. Previous experience includes a position as a Data Collector with CROSSMARK and five years as a Cheerleading Coach at North Fayette/North Fayette Valley Community School District. Tiffany began their career as a Legal Assistant at Blades, Carmichael, Rosser & Benz Law Firm while pursuing an Associate's Degree in Office Administration - Legal Assistant from Kirkwood Community College.

Keystone Area Education Agency is dedicated to providing the children of Northeast Iowa with the best possible educational opportunities. Through its partnerships with local schools, teachers, and parents, Keystone AEA will continue to provide services that put children first in Northeast Iowa. Area Education Agencies (AEAs) were established in 1974 to deliver equal support services to Iowa's children and schools. Keystone AEA provides quality services to 21 public school districts and 21 nonpublic schools, covering nearly 5,000-square-miles. Keystone AEA serves eight counties in Northeast Iowa. These are: Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Fayette, Howard and Winneshiek.
