Nicole DeVito RN has a strong background in healthcare and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Nicole most recently served as the Director of Education and Quality at KeystoneCare Home Health and Hospice starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Director at Aveanna Healthcare from June 2021 to July 2023. Before that, they held roles as a Physician Liaison and Senior Living Liaison at Tower Health from July 2020 to June 2021 and from February 2019 to July 2020, respectively. Nicole also has experience as a Director and Clinical Manager at BAYADA Home Health Care from June 2013 to January 2019, and June 2013 to June 2015, respectively. Their career began at Abington Memorial Hospital where they worked as a Registered Nurse from 2004 to 2013.
Nicole DeVito RN began their education in 2019 at Chamberlain University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Nicole completed this program in 2020. Moving forward, Nicole decided to further enhance their educational background by enrolling at West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2022. Nicole is currently working towards obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Nicole is expected to complete their MBA program in 2023.

KeystoneCare Home Health and Hospice
KeystoneCare is a nonprofit organization that provides a full continuum of home health and hospice services in the Greater Philadelphia Region. KeystoneCare offers post-hospitalization home care, palliative care, comprehensive hospice services, private duty care, and telehealth services. For more than 20 years, we have helped improve the quality of life for our patients and their families with comfort and dignity, regardless of stage of life or state of health. KeystoneCare is also known as Keystone Hospice and KeystoneCare Home Health. KeystoneCare is Medicare and Medicaid certified, and maintains contractual agreements with most of the major insurance plans in the region. We are also a participant in the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services' Aging Waiver Program. KeystoneCare is governed by a Board of Directors. The Keystone Homecare and Hospice teams are comprised of social workers, certified nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, medical director, physical therapists, occupational therapists, chaplain, and a certified music therapist. Keystone House, the residential hospice in the historic John Welsh House on Stenton Avenue in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, has a support staff that also includes volunteers from the local community. KeystoneCare is also a leader in educational support with ongoing relationships with several local colleges and universities, including University of Pennsylvania, St. Joseph’s University, and Temple University.
