Doug Brunt

Doug Brunt currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operational Excellence at Keystone Cooperative since March 2024. Previously, Doug held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Ceres Solutions Cooperative from September 2018 to November 2025. Prior to that, Doug was with Land O'Lakes, Inc. as Senior Vice President for Ag Customers, where leadership involved managing resources for key Agronomy and Feed customers from June 2012 to November 2025. Doug's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Business to Business Sales at Winfield from July 2008 to June 2012, overseeing a 100-person sales force. Doug's career began as Region Sales Director at Agriliance from March 2000 to August 2007 and continued as General Manager at Ag One Co-op from January 1990 to January 1997, managing a $75 million Grain/Supply Cooperative. Doug earned a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from Purdue University between 1983 and 1987.
