Erica Baker

Erica Baker is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in administrative support and fundraising management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Keystone Custom Homes since August 2021, Erica previously held the position of Financial Development Manager at the Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development, overseeing budgeting and event management for a department generating $1.5 million annually. Erica has also worked in various roles focused on event planning, donor relations, and public relations, including positions at the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association, PA Breast Cancer Coalition, and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, showcasing a strong commitment to organizational development and community engagement.
