Scott Bower has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and operations management. Scott started their career at The Ray Group, Inc. as a Graduate Architect from August 2006 to February 2010. Scott then moved on to EI Associates, Inc. where they worked as a Graduate Architect from March 2010 to March 2013. Scott later joined Keystone Custom Homes, where they held multiple roles including Senior Estimator from April 2013 to December 2015, Director of Internal Operations from January 2016 to January 2020, and currently serves as the Vice President of Internal Operations from January 2020 onwards. Additionally, in 2012, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Harrisburg Area Community College.

Scott Bower earned a B. Arch. degree in Architecture from Drexel University from 2004 to 2009. Before that, they obtained an Associate degree in Architecture from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 2002 to 2004. Scott completed their high school education at Danville Area High School, where they received a HS Diploma in General Education from 1998 to 2002.
