Eryk Basta has extensive experience in product management and customer support, currently serving as a Product Manager and Support Manager at Keystone Academic Solutions since February 2019, where responsibilities include managing system integrations and creating direct email marketing content. Prior to this role, Eryk was a Product Owner at Promatic.pl, managing an international client base and coordinating production efforts. Eryk's career also includes experience as a Customer Support Specialist at e-Fun Sp. z o.o., where management of online casino development was key, and various roles at CodeTwo Software, culminating in the position of Customer Support Team Lead, focusing on supervision and technical assistance. Eryk holds a Master's degree in Economics from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
