Íris Hilmarsdóttir

Íris Hilmarsdóttir is currently a Team Leader at Keystone Education Group, overseeing an international team of student recruitment managers and training recruiters in the Philippines. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Recruitment Manager, where Íris managed customer relations for over 40 universities globally. Previous roles encompass being a Research Assistant at BI Norwegian Business School and a Bank Teller at Arion banki, as well as positions in healthcare and social services, including Team Coordinator at The City of Reykjavik and Caretaker at a nursing home. Íris holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Reykjavik University, and is pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Criminology at Háskóli Íslands.
