Jena Sapyera

Jena Sapyera currently serves as the VP of International Operations at Keystone Education Group, a position held since June 2009, where responsibilities include enhancing growth and driving revenue through effective Revenue, Customer, and Project Operations. Jena has held various roles at Keystone, including Head of Commercial Operations, Head of Operations (Sales & Marketing), Director of Sales Operations, Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Marketing and Communications Manager, each focusing on optimizing processes, improving customer experiences, and supporting higher education institutions with marketing solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Writer at MaxiMark Communication, Community Manager at Telekomunikasi Indonesia, and Editor at Jeune Magazine. Jena holds a Master of Philosophy in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan. Recently, Jena became a Global Customer Advisory Board Member at HubSpot as of January 2024.
