Terri Roadruck

Terri Roadruck has extensive experience in the insurance and account management sectors. Currently, Terri holds the position of Account Coordinator at Keystone Insurers Group since August 2019, in addition to serving as a Benefits Coordinator. Prior to this role, Terri spent over three decades with Anthem, starting in July 1980 and culminating in retirement as an Account Sales Representative II in July 2019. During this tenure, Terri served as an Account Service Rep II and assisted Account Executives and Managers with both new business and renewals, while also providing HR training and managing service escalations. Terri Roadruck earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
